Not a happy camper
I rarely do "reviews", but felt this company needs to hear this. I had them out to my house well over a month ago to look at several jobs, but never heard back from them. I called once, thinking maybe they wrote my number and email down wrong, left a message, called the rep's cell number and left a message there...still nothing. I might have had good things to say, but this customer NO service has left a very bad taste in my mouth about them. I should NOT have to be chasing them down to get a quote. They lost out on doing several jobs for me - I have since found companies that actually do respond. Trusted Toolbox - you need to train your people better on how to follow up, how to do what they say they'll do, and how to say Thank You to the customer. An anti-referral is a business killer!
