I originally had Paramount come in before a family event, intending to switch regular cleanings to them. We had a couple of problems which showed up only after the cleaners had left. I traded emails with Paramount management but it got dropped and I did not continue service. Recently Kudzu prompted me to leave reviews and I left a belated review referencing back to those problems. I was pleasantly surprised when Camille Elliot made multiple attempts to reach me and sort out a solution. She proposed a much more generous solution than I expected (especially as it had been almost 6 months!), and was quick to react/enact at my convenience. She obviously cares about the professional image of the business and is working hard to make sure it is maintained. I would have no qualms about hiring them again.
