Can't deliever what they promise

Recently upgrade my service. I was promised a first morning apt time. we scheduled a week in advance to make sure there would not be any issues. They called and said they would be late because I was the second appointment of the day due to my location, then called back to reschedule. Must be nice to take your customers money to upgrade 179.00, have the customer sign a one year contract then screw them over and not show up on the agreed upon time to install what the customer already paid for. Now I'll be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Call customer no service did no good.

Bad customer service - turned good!

Update: 4:00pm 5/30 Talk about quick response! The owner of the company called me after receiving my survey and this kudzu review and talked with me personally. We discussed how the billing is done and the service. Even though it's called a quarterly service the bill is for the day they come out and treat. I assumed it was a service like Comcast and thought it should be prorated. I understand better now. Chuck also commented on the fact that I had used his company for 11 years for terminate bond service. He was frustrated that his own customer service didn't take that into consideration. He wiped out the balance on the bill and told me this would be the topic for his next managers meeting. Thank you Chuck for the awesome customer service. All I wanted was just that customer service, understanding, a discussion. Too bad I didn't get that the first time with Karen. Issue 2:30/3:00pm 5/30 Two months ago I cancelled my service for pest control. Yesterday I received a bill for 80.00. I didn't have the service for the entire quarter but they still charged me for it. I called and spoke to customer services and was transferred to a manager named Karen. They would not prorate the bill from where I canceled the service March 3rd. I have sent the check to pay the bill off but I'll never use them again for pest control and I'm going to move my terminate bond.

Best appliance person around

This company is the best. They have been out three times for my dishwasher (Fisher & Paykel) and I only trust them. The customer service is unbelievable. They are quick, very neat, my house is in the same condition it was when they leave. I love this comapany!

Life Saver

Dr. John has worked miracles on my lower back. I've had issues every since I worked for that brown package car company. I totally trust him. His is extremely customer focused and no question is too small for him to take time out of his schedule to answer. He's main focus is YOU!

Great Customer Service

I am very impressed with the customer service I received from this company! I recently purchased a home and Payless came out and did a estimate on how much the total repair would be so that I could ask for the correct amount during the negotiation process. This company is awesome!!!
