Bad customer service - turned good!

Talk about quick response! The owner of the company called me after receiving my survey and this kudzu review and talked with me personally. We discussed how the billing is done and the service. Even though it's called a quarterly service the bill is for the day they come out and treat. I assumed it was a service like Comcast and thought it should be prorated. I understand better now. Chuck also commented on the fact that I had used his company for 11 years for terminate bond service. He was frustrated that his own customer service didn't take that into consideration. He wiped out the balance on the bill and told me this would be the topic for his next managers meeting. Thank you Chuck for the awesome customer service. All I wanted was just that customer service, understanding, a discussion. Too bad I didn't get that the first time with Karen.

Two months ago I cancelled my service for pest control. Yesterday I received a bill for 80.00. I didn't have the service for the entire quarter but they still charged me for it. I called and spoke to customer services and was transferred to a manager named Karen. They would not prorate the bill from where I canceled the service March 3rd. I have sent the check to pay the bill off but I'll never use them again for pest control and I'm going to move my terminate bond.
