Everdry was engaged during due diligence of my home inspection to assess a water intrusion issue in the basement of the house I was under contract to buy in August 2012. They were initially very responsive to come out and assess the situation (dry wall was fully removed for them to investigate the source of the water). After looking at the situation they recommended proceeding with a simple masonry seal that could be done by a handyman or even DIY. The simple masonry seal was completed by the seller's handyman.
After the purchase of the home, the water intrusion issue did not stop. I had Everdry come back out to take another look at the situation at which time they diagnosed it as a finger space issue that needed to be sealed. The Everdry representative said he would speak to his production manager regarding the work and would call me back with a specific scope of work and estimate to have it completed. That call never came. After leaving 15+ messages with the Everdy office asking for a follow-up for my estimate they never returned my call. I have since had 2 other waterproofing companies come out to take a look at my situation without me leading them to the Everdry diagnosis and both of them were able to correctly diagnose the issue OVER THE PHONE. Cost of repair will range between $5k and $7k. Havent gotten the repair work done hoping that maybe this will get Everdry to FINALLY call me back. Last name is Morgan located in Roswell. I am in your files. Look me up and call
