Had the lower unit in my house replaced. Upper unit is now only blowing warm air. It was just after 10pm, when this happened. I was going to wait until the morning to give them a call, and I figured that I would drop them an email. Within 30 minutes the owner of the company called me back and walked me through some trouble shooting tips on the telephone for the upper unit. He had already talked to the tech, who visited my house. When the troubleshooting didn't resolve it, he got ahold of this scheduler to move stuff around to get a tech to my family first thing in the morning.
This company is THE GOLD standard for customer service. They drive to resolve the issue. When the owner of the company is genuinely concerned about the comfort of my family in the middle of the night, it says a lot about his business ethic.
I wish that I could find this type of service with every company!
