Frustrated, Frustrated, Frustrated!
I have waited to write my review so that I wouldn't be unfair to the company or the tech. The last time Pest USA was at my house was on May 9th. This was after a series of frustrating calls to the office in order to work out and schedule appointments. Every time I called the office it was as if they heard NOTHING I had to say. I called three times trying to let them know a certain time wouldn't work, I told them I needed to be at the house because I need the tech inside and I wanted to end the outside service. They set up a time, I waited for two hours after and wasted an entire day only for no one to show. I called the next day, it was a Saturday and I was told that complaints won't be taken on a Saturday! REALLY? To be fair when the techs showed up they did a great job with a difficult house, I would totally recommend MO, but I'm not sure how you stay in business with such poor communication between customer, office and tech. Having a computerized message calling and saying we will be there in two days is not good enough, especially when I say on three occasions I work and we need a time that you will be at the house. I have been sent a bill for a service I didn't want and I'm suppose to pay that? At the moment I wouldn't recommend Pest USA until they get their stuff together.
