We have had one issue after another with this company. First we had issues with our technician. He would make a follow up appointment with us before leaving and then never show up - this happened THREE times. He was very condescending on several occasions.
Then comes the billing issue. On a bill dated 2/20/14 my total balance due was $27.00 with a credit applied to my account of $123 (I was never billed for my December service, apparently due to the credit showing on my account). The technician calls me around 3/5/14 to "check on things" and then wants to know if I want to make a payment because "I haven't been paying my bill" (I've just received the bill in the mail around a week prior informing me that I owed $27). I said sure I was planning on calling to pay the balance but hadn't had a chance. I gave him my credit card information and thought that was that. Then on 3/13 I receive a CERTIFIED LETTER saying my account had gone to COLLECTIONS! Furious, I call the office where the woman who answers the phone basically called me a liar saying that I had received a December bill and said that should have known I owed for December whether they send me a bill or not and regardless of the statement I received. She told me that she would apply the $27 payment towards my account and send the remaining $123 to collections. I'm attaching a picture of the statement. I have no problem paying what I owe but to send my account to collections due to an error on their part is insane.
