Poor Customer Service
I am looking for home owners insurance. Last night I got a quote on State Farm's website and today I talked to Natalie, an agent in this office working for John Lester. She gave a much higher quote on phone and informed me that is in "only" $18 a month higher than the online rate which according to her is not accurate but for reference purpose only. Also she informed me that she is not surprised that for the same policy coverage they are the most expensive in the market. She had a nonchalant, arrogant attitude and did not care to go over the coverage with me to see if this is even right policy for me..
