Poor Planning, Communication

My insurance adjuster told me it would be three days to have two body panels replaced (I dropped it off on Saturday and was promised Tuesday). I called on Tuesday and they said it would be done Wednesday. I called Wednesday and they said it would be Thursday. I called Thursday and they were waiting for the stripe decal for the side of my car to be delivered and promised it would be done Friday. I called Friday and they didn't have the decal and that it was supposed to arrive on Monday. I'll post another review to let you know when I get my car back.
