RESOLVED: Won't return calls if there is a problem
D.W. Caldwell installed my roof June 2008, noticed a leak near skylight 2 weeks ago, they have yet to return any of my 4 calls. Independent inspection by another roofer showed improper installation of skylight flashing. Filed complaint with BBB today.
Edit (2013/09/05): D.W. Caldwell finally agreed to pay 3rd party roofer to fix misinstallation of flashing. Closed BBB complaint. Am still annoyed at the sheer effort it took to actually speak to someone at the company, but as long as the problem was corrected I'm happy.
