Basically A Big Scam Operation
The voucher I had ($49 for a $129 value of work supposedly)expired, we called the company several times and they said they'll honor it - why would they schedule an appointment if they didn't intend to honor it? The tech shows up, and his first statement is, "because I see dust on one of the vents, it means the air ducts were never cleaned, and I can't do the basic service, it has to be $389 to do all kinds of services". Either way, they're goal is to sell you more services when they come, sometimes by false finding of mold and such. The air ducts were cleaned plenty of times before - having dust means they need cleaning again. After we basically dispute everything he's saying, he said he would do the basic cleaning if the voucher was't expired - but we called and asked, 3 times (!) We were going in a loop of us disputing his arguments and him contradicting himself over and over. We ended up asking him to leave. Check out BBB reviews from MO and other states by a company with the exact same name. Isn't it interesting the 3 great reviews the business has were all written within a few days from one another?
