Great customer service

I've had Frontpoint for 2 years, great system. The few small issues we've had Frontpoint has been quick to help (for example, the battery in the alarm panel was low -- they immediately sent us a new one at no cost). Monthly prices are a bit high compared to others, but it's worth it for the piece of mind knowing you have great customer support when you need it.
