After contacting them multiple times and leaving messages that weren't returned, I finally reached someone in April who was not able to schedule me until late June after my Groupon expired. The manager agreed to honor the expired Groupon for my appointment, but I was told that I had to pay an extra $20 per person in advance for the hot stone promotion in order to hold my appointment. The afternoon before my appointment, I received a call from a scheduler saying that they had received information from Groupon that I had gotten a refund. I explained that this was not true, so she told me she would check on it and call me back. I called Groupon and confirmed that I was indeed correct. She actually did call back and this time told me that the manager had already cancelled my appointment because the Groupon had been refunded. Why wouldn't someone check w/ me BEFORE canceling the appointment? I explained that I had just confirmed w/ Groupon that this was incorrect and that I had also paid $40 in advance for the hot stones. She said they get 200-300 calls per day and that they have a daily wait list of people trying to get in. I told her that I wanted a refund for the advance payment, and she said that she would leave a message for the manager to call me. I am still waiting and definitely not holding my breath. Not only is this business poorly managed, it is blatantly ripping people off. I'm reporting them to the BBB.
