BAD EXPERIENCE IN ER ALL AROUND!
I know very well how hard it is to go by on line reviews and what to believe. BUT I am a new mom and took my son at the time he was two weeks old to the ER. He had developed a horrible cough..SO young..SCARY. We got there, nervous and all and arrive to a very ugly place. ER was filthy. All front desk personnel were not friendly or even looked at us. We stood there and had to get their attention. NO place for newborns to wait either. Wanted us to wait with the rest of the people there, which of course that waitroom was filled with kids looking pretty sad. Some laying across the cheap plastic chairs or across parents laps etc.
We ask for a different place to wait in being we had NEWBORN. Hesitantly the front desk guy said you can wait over there..gestured towards an open room. THIS ROOM WAS HORRIBLE. It smelled so bad, found out it was a trash can filled with plenty of dirty diapers. Had what looked like dry blood the counters. Chairs with holes/tears on them..clock the wall, broken. Well you get the point. NOT a place I wanted to have my newborn in. I was seriously crying by this time. A nurse who didn't even introduce herself(saw her name badge, MEGAN)just walked in taking my son from my arms and placing him on the exam bed. Started to remove his onesie and then WALK AWAY out of the room, I quickly rushed to the bed. I couldn't believe she just left my son unattended like that..well long story short..the visit was just a mistake.
