My dog kept running off and escaping my fence so I called these guys up. I was apprehensive about shocking my dog, but I didn't want him to get hit by a car either. The service people and trainer could not have been more friendly or professional. They were very friendly but when it came time to train my dog to the collar he didn't like it. He crouched down and acted like he was in pain. after a few days he was afraid to go into my yard. I was heartbroken. I looked up invisible fence systems on Google and found out that the stress levels of dogs really escalate when you put them inside electric fences. I could kill myself for not researching the side effects before I hired these guys.
I hired a professional behaviorist to come to my house and work on my dog's problems, and after a while he was willing to venture into the yard again. Another couple of weeks and he was 100% back to his old self plus he learned many new tricks and commands he didn't know before. I left a review on that trainers website so I won't go into it on this one. its not the place for it.
I give them four stars for their service since it's not their fault I didn't do my homework, and they were all very friendly and helpful. But I warn everybody, don't put your dog through this. It may help some dogs, but it's not worth the risk. Do your homework yourself, you'll see that it's just a bad idea. I wish I didn't have to learn the hard way.
