VCA Corporation VETS: WORST IN SD!

Do not take yoiur [pet to ANY VCA owned vet!! First,I asked about the cost for a internal medicine doctor visit and a ultrasound for my cat. I was told they do not quote prices over the phone. I then had my husband call: he got a different story for the same woman: she couldn't give him a price because there are *different* types of ultrasounds. Oh really?,,,,,,he then asked for price on the office visit.same crap,,,,depends on the doctor. He then asked to speak to the manager. He got put on hold and same woman came back and said,what we ALL know:manager is not in right now. Needless to say,,,we did not go there. we tried another VCA vet,,,,same crapola. BEWARE!

Slammin time

Slammers, when I first walked in, felt like how a small neighborhood bar and grill should: Comfortable and cozy. Even if you're not a regular, nobody gives you the stare down and the staff are very friendly. don't miss the "Pau Hana" Happy hour on Wednesdays. Cool jazz, great views, and nice company make it a perfect way to end hump day.The Hanohano room. Swank, cool, and the view is incredible. I love it.

It was very crowded and the bar area is very small. There was this band playing and they played classic Hawaiian songs. One of the cafe employees Dave, the bartender, is a real laid back fella. The venue as a whole has a real laid back feel. Great place to stop in

You cant miss this one

Very cool place. The food was goood!!! Typical Hawaiian history lesson, dancing,pretty Hawaiian girls, good entertainment..In the sense that there are activities to do while you're waiting for everything to start.

Great Thai food

The food was awesome, but of course the price made it awesomer! Great portion size at such affordable prices plus the food actually tastes ono! Located in a garage, I just love the idea! Very slow service, so you can't be in a rush. But, the flavors are good, and for $5.60, enough food for two people

cool sports bar

The place was pretty cool--lots of darts, pool tables, other games. The tables are situated so that you can watch other people play pool/darts/etc. when you are not actually playing. A couple of (very cute) waitresses staffed our table all night, making sure that pitchers were refilled and that food orders were taken. They were attentive and friendly, without being overbearing. The food is actually quite good for a bar, and some recommendations would include the spicy chicken wings, and the steak with onions and mushrooms. Service was excellent for a smaller sports bar

Irish fun in hawaiian paradise

I really, really like this bar. O'Toole's is Irish, smoky, and has a little outside area. this place has very nice bartenders that I always chat with. Mostly I enjoy this bar because while downtown, I can still roll up there in flip flops and jeans and no one cares. I can also drink like a sailor and no cares. There is also live music. Like all the time.

the facts about Rumours

The Bartenders are friendly and the drinks are very strong. They have plasma screens. Great place for Monday Night Football. Love this joint.
