Horrible experience!

Horrible billing experience and unprofessional staff. The office is small, cramped and too open. Completely incompetent accounting staff...I needed an emergency service for which I had to pay out of pocket. They do NOT accept dental insurance on the weekends. They misfiled the claim and gave me the run around for several months regarding reimbursement of fees that I and my insurance company both paid them. Ultimately, I had to get my insurance company and credit card company involved to get a resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT!

Great service for sports injuries!

Lauren is wonderful! She delivers warm, caring, personal, professional service. What I really love about Lauren is that she can effectively address and help resolve problem injuries. I've been seeing Lauren for care after a couple of serious sports related leg injuries. I've worked with lots of other therapist in the past and most can do a pretty good job if your back is the problem. Lauren is speical. She was able to work out my leg problems and getting me back to my high level of physical activity in no time! I was even able to ski this year after Lauren's work! She's got the healing touch...that lasts!
