Poor Customer Service!
In response to the reply below from Select Floors, we did not receive prompt phone calls or updates and have a complete log of every conversation that we had to initiate in order to obtain updates on our purchase. When our carpet was finally installed, the office manager called the next day and never even bothered to ask how the installation went or if we were satisfied with the carpet. All Select Floors wanted was their final payment, which they received. This kind of poor customer service that bordered on rudeness was not appreciated. We deserved better. The response below from Select Floors is the first and only apology we received for the sub-par service and was only made after we wrote a poor review. That says everything.
