Rude and arrogant
I cannot attest to their work because we didn't end up hiring them. We were very put off by the arrogance of the person we dealt with. He was unwilling to share a quote with us unless we sat down and had a meeting with both my spouse and I after the initial meeting to discuss the work we wanted to have done.
With a traveling spouse, that isn't an easy thing to arrange, especially if you don't know if haven't had a chance to review the quote and ask questions.
He said he didn't want to spend hours on a quote and just email it to us because it meant we weren't serious about doing business with them. Why would I have called and spent an hour with them initially if there wasn't a possibility of us hiring them? That is ridiculous. I have never had that happen.
While I understand they are not the cheapest solution provider, providing a quote via email and/or having a phone conversation is sufficient as a first step.
They told us we needed to replace a bunch of windows and other things and 2 other (very reputable and much more customer focused) companies said that was not necessary at all and gave us better solutions.
So, again I don't have any review on their work but if the kind of customer service we received on the front end is what we would have received if we hired them, it's completely unacceptable.
