Knows residential real estate and the area

David and his group have been very candid, and have provided us with tips as we look to place our house on the market. Our advice is to listen to your agent that lists for you, it is worth every penny to get your property ready for market.

Superior Plumbing Services

Will Use Superior Again

We are contemplating selling our home and were going through the motions when a home inspector indicated to us our hot water heater was rusted out. Sure enough it gave way about two days later, on a Saturday morning. The garage was a mess, but Superior came out stopped the leak, replaced the water heater, and cleaned up in a few hours. Seth was very good at determining the problem, and getting a new water heater installed. The price was a little more than we expected, however, it was a Saturday, they did search for a unit to replace, and they were there until 6pm. Overall we are pleased, and would call them again. Note - the Superior answering service wasted no time having a plumber call us back.

Great to work with

Outstanding work and staff. They were very respectful of our home, our furniture, and our time. They moved everything and put "socks" on furniture legs until the carpet was completely dry. We are getting our house ready to put on the market, and the carpet is the last thing we have had done. The experience was great.

Findlay Roofing/RoofRoof

We will never call them again

We asked for a "Free Roof Analysis" as we heard on WSB. When he arrived, he looked at our roof and asked us if we had "hail damage". We did not state that we had hail damage, we were wanting to know what condition our roof was in, as we know it is at least 14 years old. He seemed agitated, and inferred that we had wasted his time and the company's time. We do seem to have a leak on our second floor, and when we asked he said we needed to call back to the office.... ugh! My wife called and asked to speak to the manager, she was told he was at the bank. She asked to speak to the owner, and was told he is not here regularly...? My wife called again the next morning, and we were told the manager was on another line. We noticed an arrogant reply from the manager in the other Kudzu reviews, and we hardly expected him to answer the phone. It is obvious that Findlay Roofing, or the manager could care less about potential customers. BTW - we are replacing our roof and not with Findlay. So much for the hype and commercials on the radio. Horrible service and attitude. When we voiced our frustration the lady told us we could take our business elsewhere. Now that we have been asking around, it appears this is not new news about Findlay Roofing. Call someone else, we did. And, they ran over our flower bed paver on the way out of the driveway..... The manager is obviously to busy to answer the phone.
