Peachtree Pest Control

Good, for the most part...

We have been with Peachtree for a few years but have contemplated changing our service; however, their price is what keeps us. They priced better than anyone else in this area. The biggest issue is the billing office is an absolute joke! At least 10 times they have scheduled someone to come just a week or two after they have treated the yard and I have to call and tell them not to come. At least 2 or 3 times they have come anyway after just 2 or 3 weeks because I didn't get the message that they were coming. At least they were understanding when I told them I would not pay for it because it had only been 2 weeks and they should have known that, but then you have the issue of your yard being overtreated which I am sure is not good. The technicians for the most part are very nice and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We had only one problem where the tech treated for moths though my husband told him the prior tech of 1.5 years had treated that area for fungus and it cost us a 1/3 of our yard's grass. He then finally treated for fungus and our yard thankfully recovered. Other than that, we are happy with the service...if they would just get someone in the billing department who knew what they were doing.
