Not as “Reliable” as their name implies...
My experience was a fair one, but certainly not one that portrays “I am reliable!”
WHAT I DISLIKED:
(1)Failed to initially send me the sales quote promised.
(2)Failed to show up at the correct time for the sales appointment.
(3)*Owner failed to follow-up with me even after I communicated the following issues:
(4)Repeat visits (three) to get it done right! – Had issues with the new Thermostat installed. Communicated this problem to office staff – they were useless in communicating my issue to the service tech who came unprepared and w/o replacement equipment.
(5)Service Tech did not give me a "call ahead" notification as promised by office staff. Also he lacked "soft skills" in hearing my concerns initially.
(6)Damaged my Ceiling (Drywall) but were unresponsive to repairing the issue - until I messaged the “owner” and service manager.
WHAT I LIKED:
(1)Staff and Technicians are courteous and friendly.
(2)Received a fair honest price for the new system installed.
(3)Use high quality equipment and tend to know what they are doing in general.
(4)Owner called me back regarding 1st issue I encountered. And seemed personable and helpful but …. See above* (under disliked).
(5)They eventually took accountability of the installation issues and resolved the problems.
