Just had the WORST customer service experience EVER! We had a technician stop by today, and now our system beeps loudly every two minutes. Called customer support three times and they were not only unhelpful, they said they couldn't get another technician out until Thursday. So, I guess we were supposed to endure three days of constant alarm sounds. Spoke to a manager and not once did she apologize for the inconvenience. Her attitude was unacceptable, especially for someone in a service and support role. When we mentioned the possibility of canceling our service, her only response was if we moved forward with that a technician would not come to fix our issue. When we asked her to repeat her full name she hung up on us. Prior to this we really liked Ackerman and even referred our parents. After tonight, we could not recommend Ackerman with full confidence. Very disappointing that we will have to look elsewhere for security services moving forward!
