Not so reliable for us
We were at first VERY pleased with their professional advice, responsiveness, and expertise when it came to replacing our home air conditioning system. The workers who installed the system were likewise professional and courteous when they came to our house. Unfortunately, the job was never completely done, where the our upstairs venting system was not properly connected. That is where things went downhill. We played phone tag with the company, where we were the ones continuously following up our unreturned calls and messages. When we did speak to someone, we were told they would get back to us and yet again we did not hear anything from them. When I finally sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction, and I received a reply saying they would like us to give them one more chance to make it right and they would come out and complete the job for free. Great! They did not show up for the scheduled appointment, and when we called, they said they would have to reschedule (this is minutes after they were supposed to show up). On the day we rescheduled, again no one showed up. We called and emailed and got no reply. In my opinion, this pattern clearly communicates that resolving this issue is not a priority for the company. It's too bad because we had such a great start, but I can't fathom giving any more of our time, let alone money, to a company when they simply don't seem to care about our time or business.
