Excellent Customer Service and Value

We purchased a 2010 Honda Accord Sedan from Merlin Auto Group for our son to have for college. The car was an excellent value as it was already approximately $2000.00 below Kelley Blue Book and in absolutely pristine condition. We worked with Jeff Burg as our sales representative, and he was excellent. I requested a modest price reduction which was met without any unnecessary haggling. There were two items that needed to be addressed. One was that there were no floor mats, and the other was that there was a crumpled driver side armrest. Jeff offered to replace/repair these for us as part of the sale. Those items had to be ordered, so I was to bring the car back in a couple of days. The day before going to pick up the replacement parts, my husband took the car in for service to ensure that there were no issues. They found a few items that needed to be addressed and the total came to $371.00. The statement was still on the passenger seat. When Jeff took my car to have the items replaced, he came back with a check made out to me for the entire cost of reimbursement for the service. I did not ask for that nor did we expect it. But, that is the kind of integrity that you will find working with Jeff Burg and the owner Adam Merlin with Merlin Auto Group. I prefer to purchase a pre-owned vehicle in excellent condition, so that someone else can take the depreciation. I now know where I will go for our next vehicle purchases. Thank you. Jeff and Adam.
