I spent $800 and had 6 technician visits before a manager was finally sent to assess the situation. I have been trying to get my heat fixed for 10 months and there may still not a solution. Curtis, the Quality Control Manager, is helpful and intelligent. He has been here twice and I am hopeful that he has solved the problem. Overall, I am severely disappointed in the service Reliable has provided.
