On time, respectful, and fast.
We moved out of a temporary apartment and into our brand new home a couple of weeks ago with an additional move of storage unit items. Everything went so smoothly. The crew was on time for both moves, fast, under budget, and respectful of our furniture and walls. When we moved into the temporary apartment, we used a popular competitor. It was a nightmare. They were 45 minutes late, broke three furniture pieces, permanently stained two sofas, ripped another sofa, overcharged us, demanded tips, and even went so far as to ask me to provide lunch, after all of the unprofessional behavior. They argued constantly, illegally rigged a gate to stay open, broke our apartment elevator, and caused a noise complaint. So we were very worried when we contracted 24/7 after having such a terrible experience with that other company. Our worries were needless. I can't say enough about how important it is for movers to be on time. The family is stressed enough and doesn't need to worry about whether or not you will show. Also, families have things in place for moves, such as childcare, and the lateness destroys carefully laid plans.
