I used Jasonís service for the first time today because I had searched KUDZU.com and found high ratings for his work. The service I received was every bit as excellent as I expected it to be. He diagnosed a problem with my very old MAYTAG dishwasher. As I had feared, the old appliance was not worth saving. I had asked if it should be repaired or replaced. They found that it was rusted internally and the motor had died. He recommended that I replace the dishwasher instead of charging me a lot of money to replace the old parts. He also correctly diagnosed a problem with my clothes dryer. They are ordering the correct Maytag part for the dryer. It will be repaired when the part arrives in a few days. I know the diagnosis is correct because this same dryer had an identical problem some years ago. I've had bad experiences with incompetent repair companies in the past. It is refreshing to find someone who is both competent, honest, and eager to please the customer.
