I contacted this company for a quote and checked to see what appointments they had available by email. I never confirmed I wanted the work done as I was shopping around and it was close to the holidays so I didn't have the extra money at that time to worry about a gutter cleaning that could wait a month. Three weeks later, I received a voicemail and and an email requesting payment for the gutter cleaning. Confused, I emailed back and questioned them regarding the work being done and why I was first being notified (no slip or invoice was left at my house and no phone call was made to let me know they were coming to my property). When I questioned, they said they emailed the invoice after the work was done and they called prior to doing the work. I have no record of either. At this point I don't know if they even did the work as I don't have a ladder to check (if I had access to a ladder I would've done it myself). They've put me in a very bad, uncomfortable situation. I would not recommend them based on how they do business. They were also higher priced then some other contractors. I'm ok paying more if the work is high quality and the business is good, but when a company does business like this I don't see how they deserve it. 01/27 - This company has posted a response to my complaints on Kudzu, but they have yet to respond to my email that I sent on 01/20, requesting help in finding a solution. I NEVER gave permission for them to set foot on my property.
