Unfortunately Unresposnive after easy payday
I usually think of myself as a decent judge of character... but I was wrong about this guy. He showed up on time, was very tech savvy (quick with answering texts etc.), and was even wearing a full official Coyote Appliance uniform when, upon arrival, I realized I was meeting Wyley (owner) himself... at this point I was even more excited about the good service I was hopefully going to get.
Well, that morning our dishwasher randomly decided to start working again, so we watched it run for about 15 minutes before shutting it off. He opened a couple cabinets and told me that he suspected my drain hose was installed improperly... Obviously this was not confirmed. He charged $45 for this "diagnosis" but assured me he would apply that payment towards the repair next time he came out.
Here we are two months later with a fully broken dishwasher and I can't get this guy to call me back, text me back, even acknowledge that I exist.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
