Satisfied customer for 15 years
We have been customers since 1999 when we bought our house and Ackerman installed a Destiny system. I have always been pleased with their service as we have never had any major problems with our system. Ackerman has always been very reliable and now has come through again. Dave Hendrix came out last week to assess the situation with regards to our old system and the AT&T U-verse that we now have for phone and internet. It was obvious that we needed to upgrade and he was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. He promptly got us set up for an installer to come out this week so we would not be without home security for long. This morning, Pete Rodgers came out right on time and installed everything with the same professionalism and knowledge that seems to be the norm for your employees. He made sure everything was working before he left, answered my questions, and helped me run a test arm/disarm. Afterwards, David was back out to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied. Impressive.
It seems that companies concerned with customer service and satisfaction are few and far between these days. I have found Ackerman to be the model that other companies in any industry should follow. Dave Hendrix and Pete Rodgers are an ideal representation of a company that is committed to excellence and I appreciate their expertise and commitment to providing great service. I will highly recommend Ackerman to others.
