I pulled these guys off of Kudzu, and I'm so glad I did. They were extremely professional and fast than I could ever expect. I called the day before I took it in to let them know it would be towed to them. It was towed the next morning and by the time I called them, the car was ready to go!! Great prices, best service ever. I'm a customer for life.

I called to schedule an appointment, and they actually came out the same day! My plumber was extremely professional as he looked at the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He started the job and figured out that it was going to be significantly more work than he originally thought. I understood and asked for a new estimate. My plumber refused to give me another estimate and completed the job for the original estimate. I tried to pay more, and they refused. The work was done well, done quickly, and done for a great price. Great company!

Lamar has repaired 4+ cars in my family after accidents in the last 10 years. He is great to work with, and really makes the process simple. He gets the job done quickly, and the quality of work is outstanding. There is no one else in town that I would use.

Best company to work with ever!

Duracraft took care of a very small insurance claim for us, and the work was excellent. This job was not going to make them much money, so we were expecting to wait. (Most companies would make you wait.) Our job was completed within a week of the estimate, and we couldn't be happier. I recommend them 100%. Everyone in their company is the perfect picture of kindness and customer service.
