Set up a routine maintenance on our A/C unit. Rachel White called on a Sat to confirm our Monday apt. It reminded me of the apt. (which I had forgotten about). That much focus on customer service was impressive. Sam Howell was my tech, and like Rachel promised, he called when he was enroute. Sam walked me through all the steps he took to clean and examine our unit. I was able to pay the bill on his tablet and get an emailed copy of the receipt with no paper clutter. Great experience all around! I will definitely use them in the future.
