God Sent Us Angels
4/1/2014 was the date. In the mist of what was an overwhelming situation regarding water damages (from a 1985 hot water tank) to my condo from my 2nd floor neighbors(last year the third floor neighbors)my initial contact was with Jessie,he received my silliness & listened to my frustration. He was willing to properly take a look at my property and willing to look at the neighbors to encourage him to do something now to cease the water flow.When the team arrived they immediately accessed the situation and determined what needed to be done to mitigate the water damage until the neighbor resolved the water flow 24 hrs later.Derrick also discussed with the neighbor the damages that my property was encountering due to lack of action on his part. Let's just say as a woman I felt I had professional advocates mitigating the water concerns in our home.Each team (2nd team Joshua and Matthew and there was another person on that team) I felt they were genuinely concerned about assisting with resolving this issue and were respectful to my teenage daughter & me.I had great conversations w/each team as they tore down areas and brought in equipment. Their conversation as they worked calmed me. Thank you to Jessie Wilcox, Derrick Baldree, Joshua Whitt, Andrew Walton, Matthew Chappina, and the other person. Many thanks to the operators(customer service staff), because if my call was not routed properly this would not have been initiated and resolved expeditiously. Our Angels!
