The Pink Plumber

No Show - No Call - NO Service

I called at 8 a.m. to schedule a service appointment for a leaky faucet. I was given a window of 3-7 that same day, and I gave my cell number as a point of contact. I made arrangements to leave work and wait for the appointment. And wait... And wait... Around 6 p.m. I called to inquire on an update on timeframe only to be told they weren’t going to get to me today. No advance call, nothing! Had I not called, I’d still be waiting. This is the exact opposite of customer service. I won’t be calling them again.
