Excellent service, exceptional employees
I experienced something over the last two days that you just don't see very much anymore, that being exceptional customer service. And I should know, because i myself have been in customer service over the past 28 years.
CHUCK KISER and JEFF COLLIER are by far two young men I'll not soon forget. They were:
R-espectful of me and my home, they
E-ducated me on my new a/c systems
L-istened to me when I had questions, then answered them, and
I-nstalled my new units in no time at all.
A-s service/install technicians go, these two guys deserve
B-onuses, because they care; they care about the
L-evel of expertise they provide, and they care about each and
E-very customer being completely satisfied with their work.
