Poor service after installation

Installed French Drain in crawl space. Material seems top quality, they did not install sediment cloth claiming it will get clogged causing failure. Installers pleasant, even while working in water and mud. Completed quickly, French drain works. End of a week water puddles on vapor barrier and insulation wet and sagging (NOT an issue since we replaced it 2 years ago). Bought commercial dehumidifier, two weeks later insulation and vapor barrier dry. Trips into crawl space revealed vapor barrie had dirt, gravel on top, rips, holes and tears cause by installers during work. Several attempts to contact AquaGuard for help, finally speaking with sales manager who informed us we should have paid $500 more to have vapor barrier pulled out and reinstalled after installation. He finally agree to send someone for a repair, but in 30 days, no one showed. I called and spoke with sales again. They scheduled a day with no timeframe. We gave two cell numbers and informed them that our home phone was not working. On the day scheduled we ran to the store for one hour. During that hour they showed up dropped off material. We got back saw material and immediately called. They told us they called home phone and left message (of course we did not get) stating they would be over by 3:00, and the worker had waited an hour. This was Friday, the service manger said he would follow up Monday. To date, no repair or response for damage caused.
