Extremely Disappointed following up...

Tammi at the service center was very understanding of my situation and scheduled Timothy Pomella to take a second look at my unit. He shared with me that he reviewed and was apprehensive about taking the service call. We talked and he sympathized with my situation. He noticed my system was low on freon. He made a call and explained my situation for a complimentary service approval. Two hours later (couple of pounds of freon, capacitor, & batteries), my system was up in running and restored to its pre-inspection condition. Overall, I think Reliable is a good company that works hard to please its customers as evidenced with Timothy. He went above and beyond and most certainly deserves recognition from the higher ups who read this attaboy. I'm glad my system is functioning, but am concerned that the maintenance was not properly performed because Timothy identified a number of obvious things that should've been easily detected by Wayne. Tim just inspected the outside unit, which leaves concern about the evaporator. Maintenance money well spent?... not so sure, but I am happy that Reliable made it right. Super thanks to Timothy... keep up the good work and continue to make your company shine.
