Follow up to service call

Upstairs unit stopped working on Saturday night. Called the helpline Sunday morning and they had Freddie Scott at my house by 2:30 Sunday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and indicated that the office would call to schedule a time to install the part. Very professional, very prompt and a good representative for the company.
