Roofing Deptartment a Joke

I had Robert Faulk come out to quote me on having my roof replaced. He was extremely unprofessional talking about past contractors we had used in the past. In addition, he didn't do an inspection, rather just looked at the roof and said one was needed. I got a second opinion from an actual roofing company and no - I don't need a new roof quite yet. He called and when I told him what the roofing company said he laughed and acted like he knew better. What a joke this guy is. Use Home Depot only to get a quote that will be high and then call ProRoofing for reality.

Great Sales and Installation Team - AC/Furnance

Doing something we never do - we decided to call for preventative advice on our 30 yr old AC unit. Chris Gleaves came out and did an excellent job advising us on several options. The very next day Jorge Ceron, Alexis Valdez and 2 others came and did an amazing job. They made sure everything was clean and put back together and that I was happy before they left. I'd definitely recommend this install team and suggest that you request them. Thanks! Hans C.

Amazing Service by Jeff Carr

Transferring to ATL from Portland, OR all while trying to find a place to live was not an easy process. I posted an add on another site desperate to find help because 3 other realtors were too busy. Jeff Carr responded with great information. Jeff was out of town and not able to help me due to my flight back to OR; but sent me all the information I needed to find a place, eventhough he was getting absolutely nothing out of it. When I need to find a place or purchase my next home, Jeff Carr and 9 Mile Trolley will be at the top of my list!
