"I would advise not to use"
I called this company around Thanksgiving time to get our oven fixed. They came & said that it was "the sensor" and they would have to order the part and it would be $180. I waited a week & he came back and put the part in then charging me $196 & said that it was more money because it was a "special ordered part". We didn't use our oven until about a month later and it was still broken. It was Christmas time and so I waited until after the holidays to call the company. Luckily there was a 90 day warranty on the product. He said he would have to write to "Kenmore", the maker of our oven to check on it and he'd call me in a few days. Time went by and he hadn't called, by now it was the end of January! I called again and left him a message wondering what was going on and if he figured out what the problem was. He called me back & left me a message "I think it is the "control panel" & have to order it, & will call you in a few days to make an installment date. A week and a half went by & I called him, He hadn't even ordered the part yet! He said he'd call me back again, which as you can see he had a hard time rembering to do. To make a long story short, after calling them several times, they "stalled" until after the warranty date and then wanted me to pay them again for this new part ($200)!!! I just wanted my money back & talked to the owner who told me he'd only give me $100 back out of the $200 I paid!!! I had to fight with him to give me $150 and luckily he sent the check!
