Bad Customer Service

I have called this company on two separate occasions. The first time I called was for pricing on back fills with colored tips. The male who answered had no idea what I was talking about. The next time I called for a back fill, he told me that I did not need a back fill. This guy never saw my nails and he was sure I did not need a back fill. Both times he was unable to give me a price quote.

Great Doctors

The doctors are great and the best in cardiology. Dr. Diethrich doesn't spend enough time with the patients. Some doctors reschedule too much and the wait time tends to be lengthy; but it's worth it if you want to go through it.

Good service only for a little bit

I had been getting my nails done at this location for about 3 years. The owner changed about 2 years after I started; but was an employee before she took over. I was getting my nails done by the manager. Her work is very good. During the time I was there, she mentioned to me that I could go to her sister’s salon. I wasn’t sure why she told me that. When I confronted her asking if she wanted my business she said yes and said if she was busy…She did have 3 other employees working… Towards the end of my business there, I was 5 minutes late on her clock. She was very unhappy; but still did my nails. Several months later, I made my appointment and according to my calendar, showed up 20 minutes early; but on her books, I was late. She refused to do my nails saying she did not have time. My appointment was for a back fill, so I asked for the regular fill. She said she still didn’t have time. It wasn’t until then that all the other subtle hints finally sunk in. My point to all this is that she was very nice and friendly; but as our relationship continued, she wasn’t as friendly. She was upset when I was late; but never did I say anything when I had to wait on her. Her quality was very good; but she pretty much made it clear she did not want my business. To this day not sure why, so if you are looking for a long-term nail tech, this wouldn’t be the place.

Nails don't last for more than one day.

I have been to this location a two times. The first was for a back-fill. I did not notice any problems. I did notice that they are unable to make the nails “thin”. The employees were friendly and the cost was very reasonable. I went in the second time and the visit went well. The problems started later that evening, I noticed the new fill that was towards the cuticle started lifting. I went in the next day and they “fixed” it. Well, the problem returned and worsened as the days progressed. I have been getting my nails done for many many years. I have noticed that with these last two visits, they do not file my nails to be smooth and I believe that is the problem. It has been about 1 ½ weeks since my visit and every single nail as lifted all the way to the first visit. I am very disappointed. This set is about 2 months old and so I know it’s not the set itself as I have gone a lot longer without getting a new set than this. The price seems to be slightly better than other locations; but the long term quality is not good.
