Gas South LLC

No Compassion; No Negotiation!

My 28 yr old daughter recently relocated out of state; her final bill came in ($151), she is now down to working 1 day a week and can't afford to pay her balance, I called to offer a settlement of 50% that i would pay which I didn't have to do and they refused to negotiate. What happened to the American way? Gas South is a bureaucratic nightmare with employees that have no authority to help keep affairs out of the collection agencies! They could have gotten something towards this bill, now they will get nothing!

Pure Taqueria

Spoiled experience at the end

My husband and I have been to Pure 3 times and were very surprised by our past experience. We waded through the crowd(as usual), had a few marqaritas while waiting to be seated.Enjoyed our meals(the guacamole does taste strange,almost fizzy from some sort of citic acid I think). On a whim we decided to share a shot of AsomBroso tequilla,asked for the Anejo. The server never disclosed to us the cost. We have had it before in other bars at $12-14 per shot. We were shocked to get a bill for $28 for one shot of tequilla! Granted it is a specialty, but I know their cost on the entire bottle is about $25. This is a 500% markup! They don't even have a menu item that costs $28, this should have been disclosed to us. The server couldn't look us in the eye, just ran off shouting "I'm sorry" never to be seen again, no manager to be found, no apology of any significance. Don't think we will be back, this was too preditory for our tastes!

Dr Flax stands behind his work!

Dr. Flax has always taken great care of me and my family. He is the only dentist 9or doctor for that matter) that will return calls after hours and come in to the office to help you if needed. He takes pride in his work and has helped me out when in need to prove it!

Dekalb Tire

Frustrated and disappointed

My daughter took her car in for 2 specific problems to be repaired. The service manger misdiagnosed the problem and after 4 return visits the car was finally repaired correctly. We spent over $1,500.00 when it should've been under $400 for the initial problems to be repaired. The service manager in question has left the company with no notice. We were given a $200 credit but are left holding the bag for $900.00 in repairs that weren't necessary, We have been a faithful customer for many years and are very diappointed with how this was handled.
