FANTASTIC is all I can say!

Upon arriving at Small World, we were immediately impressed! School is clean and run in a very orderly fashion. Age-groups are separated yet also allowed to intermingle a little. LARGE play areas outside AND inside (a bounce-house with slide used occasionally). Child per teacher ratio is better than state-regulations. The teachers are attentive and engaging. They also have a pool (optional) which 4 & up are able to use (under strict life-guard supervision) 2x per week during summer. The school provides all food & drinks - they are also understanding of children with allergies. 3yr old's teacher has been there 13+ years! And 4yr old's teacher is the owners' daughter with 3 of her own in the school! School has been there for 20+ years! State certified and AFFORDABLE (2 kids, 3.5yr & 4.5yr old is $304/week with food included)!

I've been very happy using Fantasy Nails (Jenny & Tu). I have Solar Nails (Pink & White) and require fill-ins regularly. Tu does my nails on a regular basis (they try to keep you with the same tech so you get consistent results) and I would not go anywhere else (been getting nails done for over 10 years & this is the most comfortable I've been with a nail salon). They are very accommodating to walk-in appt's and they do a fantastic job, highest quality service. Rates are same as all surrounding area salons (no special deals except occasional coupons AND the frequent customer card).

Easily the best in the area!

Took a Women's self-defense course and I would HIGHLY recommend ALL women (and young girls) take this course! The instructors (Bill & Sean) are amazing. They cover more than basic self-defense, they teach awareness as well - very detailed course! I cannot believe (after 8 years in the military) that I have never received instruction on such basic and USABLE life-saving techniques! In addition, all the families I see coming & going with their children seem totally loyal and dedicated to this school. Bill & Sean take education of their art seriously, but they go beyond in becoming a family friend...they truly CARE about people in general. This school does not condone violence and teaches self-control and discipline. My 4 & 3 yr-hold's will start at age 5 under their careful and VALUABLE instruction!

THE indisputable BEST! 4 days on market!

We had an offer after 4 days on the MLS! We sold AND moved out in under 2 months! There is simply not enough space to write my whole story, and not near enough words to describe the depth of gratitude I have for Gena. We have friends that are extremely intelligent and caring people in the realty industry, and I have no shame in saying I would proudly continue to choose Gena exclusively for any type of realty dealings. Gena offers a discount service in fees ONLY. She provides full-on benefits of what you would pay 10 times for in another realtor. Gena knows this business inside and out – things previous realtors had never mentioned (and possible did not know). Her experience in this industry shows and keeps you SAFE! She genuinely cares about her clients and is NOT just in this to “take your money”, if anything, she charges too little for the work she does! THANK YOU GENA!!!

I am a neat-freak (I clean things with bleach & toothbrushes!) and these apartments met to my standards. The grounds are lovely & well maintained. The area is quiet, the staff is helpful and the maintenance crew is superior! Some window jams are getting a bit aged, and I would have insisted on new carpet except our lease is short-term. Even with the premium cost for short term, the value for quality is the best I encountered in all of Woodstock, Acworth & Kennesaw. Additionally the floor plan (we have 3bed/2ba) is absolutely huge and quite accommodating. Huge WI-closets in all rooms and all rooms are large, smallest space is the kitchen which still has lots of cabinet storage & counter space. We might even extend & stay longer!

This facility, it's staff, and Randy (the Vet) are superb. Each and every visit, we feel as if we and our pet are the only patient while we are being helped. The prices are fair, the wait time is minimal, and our pet is always treated as if he were the Vet's own animal! Switch to S.Cherokee Vet's if you are even minimally disappointed with any other provider, you will not be let down!

Just average, not recommended for major services.

First went with a coupon for an oil change & all staff were very friendly and service was done in a timely manner. It was nice that the second time, they did not charge us as there was a mix-up and they put someone else's vehicle first & our pick up time was delayed. However, the third time we went for an issue & the quote for "ALL" that needed to be done was about $750! We did most of these things ourselves for less than $100 and only about 2 hours in work-time, simple stuff like air filter, drain & flushing the radiator, etc(our secondary vehicle is a kick-around car & we paid only $2k for it)! And of course they assured us that most of these 'services' would seriously hinder the operability of our vehicle....I mean PLEEEEEASE! Might use in the future for oil changes & tire rotation, but other services we will find elsewhere for fear of over charging.
