Mr. Kleen'z

Posted on: 1/16/2011

Best value, great quality!

I was shopping around for a carpet cleaner before moving all the furniture into my new house. Kudzu had a coupon for Mr Kleen so I decided to go for it. I called up Steve and confirmed the total price. He showed up exactly on time. Steve is one of those guys you could tell is genuine and honest the second you meet him. We took a few minutes to walk around the house to point out troubled area. You had to see how the carpet was before to know how good this guy is. There was nail polish stains, something which looked like oil stain on the stairwell, drinks stain. I was debating on stripping it and putting in new carpet. Steve went over the troubled areas more than once. On some of the smaller stains like nail polish he pulled out some of the carpet fibers in order to blend and hide the stain. I told him I donít get a lot of ventilation in the basement so he put in a giant fan to dry it quicker. The carpet looked practically new besides a few areas which was permanently stained. Iíve never used a carpet cleaner before, but after Steve I donít think Iíll use anyone else.

Horrible agent! Don't waste your time

Back in 2009 I was in the housing market trying to take advantage of the 8k first time home buyer tax credit. I didnít know any agents so I turned to kudzu. With all the great reviews for Robert I thought he would be good. The initial meeting with Robert was greatÖhe walked me through the process and took notes of what I wanted. I also clearly explained to him that Iím an aggressive buyer. A week goes by before he even sets up MLS email notifications. Even thenÖthey were completely broad and didnít meet all my specifications. I was the one that was periodically asking him about listings where it should be the other way around. His usual response was ďthereís nothing availableĒ which was hard to believe when there were tons of foreclosures happening everyday. Literally there was two months in our partnership where he never contacted me. In the 6 months of working with him he only showed me 2 housesÖ1 of them way out of my price range. It wasnít till I got another agent I realized how naÔve I was being. Robert seems like a nice guy but he was a complete waste of my time.

Best deal I could find anywhere.

I got around 8 quotes for AC/furnace combo but no one could touch what Reliable quoted me. Michael Cole was great in explaining the difference between systems. The install guys (Georgio and Kyle) were great guys and you could tell they knew what they were doing. The design they came up with is unbelievable! All the other vendors told me because of the low ceilings in my attic I would have to sacrifice performance because theyíd have to cut the distance between the furnace and the pelum. Georgio and Kyle layed the furnace down on its side and had the pelum sitting besides it which looks amazing! Now the bad.. 1) I wanted to keep my existing AC compressor and when I asked them if they could put it in the garage, they treated it as it was crap. The unit was tumbled over twice when moving and now there is a huge dent in it. 2)The second day of the install it was raining and they dragged in mud all into the house. They layed down rags the first day but I donít know why they didnít do it the second. 3)I had to go turn the gas line outside the house after they left which makes me think how they even checked if there was a gas leak after they put the new gas line in 4)A couple weeks later I noticed my lower floor wasnít getting good heat and when I went to the attic I noticed one of the return ducts came off completely and was sucking in all the air from the attic. Reliable sent someone out to fix it right away. Overall Iím satisfied with Reliable.

James E Zelichowski DPM

Not a good practice at all

I went to see Dr. James Zelichwski because i was having a lot of pain in my shins when i run. The entire visit did not last even 10 minutes. He told me to sit down and take my shoes off. He rotated my feet a couple of times and told me to walk down the hall barefoot. That was it....he took me to the secretary and told her to see if my insurance will cover insoles for my shoes. She said she will call back and let me know in a couple of days....this was a couple weeks ago. I called twice and left messages. I finally was able to get a hold of them today and they said it won't be covered. The secretary actually told me better solutions for my problem than the doctor. The doc is fairly knowledgable thats why i gave him 2 stars instead of 1. But then again any john doe can throw a bunch of medical terms at me and i will be awed. The $20 copay I gave them was like throwing money into the wind. To make the whole experience even worse, while i was checking out with the secretary, the doc got on a computer and started surfing the internet! Talk about professionalism.
