Didn't Fix Gutters, but Worked with Me

Used "A Better Gutter Cleaning" to repair a loose gutter that I had in 2007. Since then, I have had problems with rain coming down the front of my house, but have continued using the service with no notation of any problem by ABGC. However after contacting Davis at ABGC, he worked with me to determine a workable solution. I believe that this showed ABGC's dedication to customer service, and I applaud this from a vendor.

Reliable, Professional, and Beautiful Product

I can not say enough good things about working with Jim Fox at Craftsmen Deck Builders. I have been burnt in the past by my contractors and therefore move cautiously when hiring one. I started by interviewing approximately 5 different deck builders ranging from big companies to smaller. Through the process, I met Jim, felt comfortable, and knew that he would be the main person building my deck. Through the estimate process, he itemized every option in detail allowing me to choose the deck that I wanted. In the end, I choose every option presented. This included a flare base to the stairs, a gate at the top of the stairs, metal balusters, a new door for access, and composite decking. I was lucky in availability and Jim was able to start days after I chose him. He was on-site every day that that work was done and let me know if there were any potential issues. Additionally, he provided some intricate details to the deck with routed edges and decorative framing around the decking and supports. He had quoted me X amount for the deck and that it would take 9 to 10 business days. I paid the exact amount that I was quoted and we finished in 10 business days. For a person who has been burned by contractors, I was ecstatic to encounter and work with Jim from Craftsmen.
