Wonderful experience

My AC went belly-up on me yesterday, and the top of the unit felt very hot to the touch. I was convinced it was going to be the motor, but Andy came and diagnosed the issue, and it was just a capacitor. Now I have AC again, and everything was much less than I expected!

I had some birds that had gotten into my attic via my bathroom's ceiling fan exhaust tubing, and Tim and Trey removed the birds, eggs, nest and repaired the tubing quickly and professionally. Good guys!

FANTASTIC Job!

As a New Years resolution (with maybe just a bit of pushing from my girlfriend), I decided that I needed help to get my house in order. While laziness is its own reward, and messy house doesn't clean itself - even with my trusty Roomba. So, I had heard some good things about Persnickety, so I gave them a call. Anna, the "Chief Clean Officer" said she'd come by my house at 3:30 last Thursday afternoon, and she was right on time. That was a very good sign, to me. She gave me an estimate for my initial cleaning, and a rate for follow up visits that was very affordable for me. I set up an appointment for the first cleaning, which happened this morning. Aliny was the poor girl who had to deal with my world o' sloppiness, and she did an amazing job - the house hasn't looked this good, well, ever. And I bought it brand new. Everything is shiny and clean as a whistle. She really did a top-notch job, spending about 4 hours to clean everything. I HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone who lives within their range. They totally rocked my world.
