Had high hopes

Decided to have someone treat the yard (have always been a DIY). Agropro sounded good and talked a 'custom' approach. After nearly 5 months yard is looking so-so and I've had to call to have them come back as it didn't green up, fungus seemed to appear (and treatment didn't work), and finally ended up cancelling. I was told 'I'm on the edge of their service area anyways' (so much for customer service!)

Thorough and good value for the money

After using the same window cleaning service for last six years, I decided to try someone new. Jet had a special on Kudzu and with their ratings I decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint! They were meticulous and every window shines! They are on my 'short list' of favorite businesses!

Painless update to my home!

After some less than wonderful experiences with painters, I pay close attention to their rating on Kudzu. Homestar does not disappoint! They came in and did several interior spaces for me....no mess, no fuss, and no touchups required. They are definitely on my 'come back' list!

A year later, and I wouldn't trade 'em!

It's now been over a year since my first review for Doolittle's and I continue to be a loyal customer! Margie is loved by my gang, and I have true peace of mind when out of town knowing she's looking after by dogs and fish. Definitely worth every penny!

Very pleased with service and professionalism

Jeff responded quickly to a request for an estimate for a small retaining wall and another project. We appreciated his attention to detail and the finished project was exactly as we wanted (something you don't often get!)

Really responsive to the customer

Mr. Appliance was the second service I had out (first pretty much said 'good luck!'). Tony, my service person, took the time to track down the problem, verify with Maytag and got my dryer back in business for less than 1/2 what was quoted to me by the other business! I'd use them again!

cheap, but not helpful

Company responded promptly with a technician. Without taking my dryer apart (didn't see evidence of diagnostics) went on to tell me I should call Maytag as it's probably the control panel and over $500. Took my $9.95 and left. Didn't give me a part number or anything. Bottom line, I had Mr. Appliance out, they diagnosed and repaired for 1/2 the price!

always reliable!

I've used West Cobb Pine straw for nearly 20 years, both for trash services and for pine straw. They are always prompt, do a great job when they spread the pine straw as well. I recommend them always!

Did a great job for me again!

In 2008 I first used Rainfall Irrigation to do some maintenance on my system and this time gave them a tough job to tackle.. extending my existing system to a very hard to access area. Joe and his team came in, did a fantastic job, and left with a great running system and no evidence that major work had been done. They are trustworthy and reliable and still one of my favorites!

Reliable for 20 years

We've used Neese-Jones for 20 years to do our regular heating/air service and have always been pleased. They are prompt, courteous, and thorough.
