HIPAA Violation

Dr. Ingram is adequate as a doctor but the front staff are rude, arrogant and obviously incompetent. Apparently this office has doctors that merge together. I thought that I was a new patient one year ago and was never told otherwise. Filled out paper work and presented to the unfriendly front desk staff. One year later upon a return visit, I find that a letter and copy of path report have been sent to an address I haven't been to in over 5 years! No apology, just oops, we had your old address. Well how did you have this old address? Because of a merger with other offices. Why wasn't my address updated last year? We don't have you fill out any paper work. Wrong answer! If you don't want strangers knowing your personal, private health info, go to another office!

Flower Bar

Disappointed

While on military duty, my husband call Flower Bar and ordered me a bouqet of flowers for mother's day. The flowers arrived and you can tell that they were once beautiful, with beautiful colors. However, mine appeared to be several day old. When we contacted the florist, they decided to come pick them up and give us a credit. I could tell that management was offended. Everyone in my office thought the flowers were past their prime, but mgmt thought that there was just one bad flower. I didn't mean to upset the mgmt, but do want a quality product for our money. I'm sure that this was just a one time situation. It is a busy weekend.
