TGI Friday's

Not bad

I've never had a bad experience at TGI Friday's, I just don't go that ofter b/c the traffic gets backed up sometimes on Barrett Parkway. I like the food there and the service was fine the times I have been there.

Uppercuts Hair Salon

Very unprofessional owner (No class)

I try to give people a second chance because I'm a good person. A stylist made a mistake with color (on my daughter) and I wasn't happy (I care about appearances so it startled me to see the color come out too dark). I wanted to cry and thought they would offer to fix it but the owner only argued with me and lied about what color my daughter and I picked out. She didn't hear us say what we wanted. She just argued b/c she didn't want anyone to think a mistake was made. She got very annoying and finally offered for me not to have to pay if I didn't like it. I paid for the haircut and gave the stylist a tip as I always do. I was willing to give the stylist a 2nd chance b/c she's never messed up my own hair. After I made the appt. I got a call back saying the owner wouldn't accept my business. How unappreciative of a business owner is that? I had been giving her salon business for at least 6 months and then she cuts me off b/c I spoke up about not being satisfied with the color. I never refused to pay for the color, she said I didn't have to. If it's all about the money then she should have told me to pay and then FIX IT FOR FREE. NOT ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT HOW WE PICKED OUT A CERTAIN COLOR OR WHO SAID WHAT! I told my current salon stylist (At another salon, of course) and she said that they get a lot of Uppercuts' business to have to fix a lot of their mistakes. I guess I should have gone there first so I wouldn't have met the cold business owner at Uppercuts

Kennesaw Family Dentistry

very disappointed

The front office staff is nice, but the hygenist I had did not have any personality and does not know how to treat a patient. She obviously does not care about customer satisfaction, she was young so she was probably inexperienced. The female dentist was not very personable and just treats you like you are a number, not a human being. Money, or the bottom line, seems to be more important to her, not developing a relationship or customer satisfaction. She seems to want to fill cavities and find cavities that any other dentist does not find. She did not appreciate my business either and my insurance paid 100% I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. I had a horrible experience and was treated terribly by a very cold hygenist and dentist.

Acworth Family Dentistry

wonderful experience

I just want to say that I am relatively new to this area and I had a hard time finding a dentist who really cares and does not treat us like we are just a number. At Acworth Family Dentistry, you are treated like a human being with care, compassion, and respect. Everyone is friendly from the receptionist, to the hygenist, and especially the dentist! They know how to take care of the customer, give great service, and make the customer comfortable. I do not get the impression that the bottom line is what's most important to this business, but customer service is what's most important. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend Acworth Family Dentistry to anyone seeking a top notch business.
